Today I had an appointment for my annual check-up. I didn't get to see my Primacy Care Physician Dr. Malik. However I saw her Nurse Practitioner, Amber. Amber was very through. And of course part of the exam was to take a blood pressure reading. It was a bit high. However after going trough my resent lab results and asking other questions about my health, she was able to cause me to "calm down". She asked if she could take my BP again and it was much better.
