Dr. Yash Shravah is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive expertise in geriatric care and value-based medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at New York Presbyterian – Queens.
Dr. Shravah specializes in geriatric medicine, community-based care, and memory care for patients with cognitive disorders. He has held leadership positions including Senior Center Clinical Director and Regional Medical Director, successfully leading clinical operations and quality initiatives that achieved CMS 5-Star ratings and improved patient outcomes.
