Does Florida Medical Clinic accept my insurance?

Florida Medical Clinic participates with most major insurance carriers. To view a list of all insurance carriers, please visit our Accepted Insurances page here. From there, you will be able to select your Insurance carrier and view a list of all Florida Medical Clinic providers that accept your insurance, including primary and specialty care providers.

How do I find a doctor or specialist that accepts my insurance?

To search for a doctor by insurance, please visit our “Find a Doctor” page here. You will be able to customize your search by various additional filters, including zip code, city, specialty or doctor name.

How do I pay my bill online?

You can pay your bill electronically by visiting our secure payment website here. We provide this service to you at no charge, so you can access and pay your medical bills online conveniently and securely. If you have any questions regarding your medical bill, please contact us by calling (800) 894-7090 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

I have a question about my bill. How do I contact the Billing Department?

For questions regarding your medical bill, please contact our Billing Department at (813) 528-4979, Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.

How do I sign into the Patient Portal?

I’m having trouble with the Patient Portal. Who can help me?

For questions or issues regarding your Patient Portal, such as difficulties logging in, please contact our Patient Portal Support team at (813) 778-0140. Support hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Can I request an appointment online?

Yes! You can request an appointment with any of our Florida Medical Clinic doctors online via our website by visiting our “Request Appointment” page here. Online appointment requests are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Does Florida Medical Clinic offer Video Visits / Telemedicine services?

Yes! Florida Medical Clinic is excited to announce secure and convenient video visits for both new and existing patients. Video visits provide the same high-quality medical care you’re used to in the clinic, without having to take time off work or find a sitter to see us.
