Age sixty-five marks the date of your eligibility to Medicare Programs and Florida Medical Clinic is here to reassure you that all of our physicians participate with Medicare and certain Medicare Advantage Programs.
Enrollment to Medicare Advantage Plans may begin three months prior to, or three months after your birthday, which is the reason for this early birthday wish. Florida Medical Clinic is committed to our Medicare Community. Our goal is to continue to offer reliable resources to support the needs of our patients.
You are not required to make a change to your insurance plan, but, as a valued patient, we want you to be familiar with the options available to you at Florida Medical Clinic.
