Abneris L. Rivera Martínez, MD is an Internal Medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed her Internal Medicine residency at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital.
Dr. Rivera Martínez provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women’s preventive health, and cardiovascular risk reduction. Her clinical interests include hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol management, obesity and lifestyle counseling, and mental health. She enjoys working with patients to create practical, individualized care plans that support long-term health and wellness.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Rivera Martínez believes in building strong relationships with her patients and helping them feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their healthcare. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and crafting.
