David Desper, MD, MSCP

David Desper, MD, is a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando health. For more than 40 years, David Desper, MD has been teaching residents at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital. He currently serves as a generalist in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program.

He supervises residents in labor and delivery, the mid-risk obstetrics clinic, the postpartum clinic and in the operating room on both major and minor gynecological cases. His clinical interests include obstetrics, office gynecology, benign gynecological surgery, colposcopy, vulvar disease and menopausal medicine.

He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a NAMS-Certified Menopausal Practitioner (MSCP). He is a fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and a member of The Menopause Society and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP).
