A Message from Karen

It takes a lot of courage to step into a therapy office and reach out for help – I’m here to honor that and bear witness to your challenges and successes. I look to create a soothing, comforting and safe space for you to discover yourself while we uncover the problems and solutions. I offer a compassionate, gentle and curious approach to connect with you, and allow you the time you need to find your way. I believe it’s important to learn and practice breathing and meditation techniques in session, share tools, and assist you in developing insight to take with you out into the world. I look forward to spending time with you and learning from you, and I wish you peace and contentment!
