Lynette Arthurton, LMHC
Lynette Arthurton, LMHC, is a graduate of Liberty University with a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with seven years experience in counseling individuals, couples and families. Lynette is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Anger Management Treatment Professional and is working towards being a Gottman Certified Therapist for relationship therapy as well as a certification in Sue Johnson’s approach to Emotional Focused Therapy for couples.
Lynette specializes in counseling for anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem PTSD, anger management, communication, marital counseling and sex therapy. She also provides pre-marital counseling and faith based counseling when requested. Lynette has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She continues to advance her education which gives her the latest techniques to help her clients.’
