Can I still access my old patient portal account?
No. Your previous patient portal is now inactive. Please set up your MyChart account to continue accessing your health record online.
Is there a fee for using Orlando Health MyChart?
No. Orlando Health MyChart is a free services for our patients.
Do I need a new login?
Yes. You will be asked to create a new Orlando Health MyChart login when you first access the portal. Instructions will be provided.
I have a MyChart account with another organization. Do I need to create a new one for FMCOH?
Yes, you will need to create an Orlando Health MyChart account (you can use the same username and password). Once your new account is created, you can link it to your other account(s) to view your clinical data, send messages, and schedule appointments for all the organizations you have linked.

Will my past records still be available?
No. If you need access to your previous records, please request copies through our Online Medical Records Request.
Is Orlando Health MyChart secure?
Yes. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames and passwords, controlled by the patient. The account cannot be accessed without that password. All Orlando Health MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged in to your account.
Can I access MyChart on my phone?
Yes. You can log in on a computer, tablet or download the free Orlando Health MyChart mobile app.
Can my family members help manage my care?
Yes. With proxy access, caregivers or family members you authorize can help manage appointments, records and communication securely.
