About Michelle Ayazo, MD

Dr. Ayazo is a board-certified family physician who attended medical school at Florida State University and completed her residency training at the University of South Florida. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Florida, she is passionate about helping patients manage their chronic illnesses with an emphasis on nutrition and exercise. She strives to provide compassionate and high-quality care to all her patients.

Dr. Ayazo also prescribes medical cannabis to those patients who have been diagnosed with a qualifying condition.

During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, Latin American and Mediterranean cuisine, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
