Suzanne Gozdanovic, MD

Dr. Suzanne Gozdanovic is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in breast surgery, with advanced expertise in breast cancer care and complete abdominal reconstruction. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her commitment to delivering personalized, comprehensive surgical care.

Dr. Gozdanovic believes in treating every patient with respect and dignity. She emphasizes open communication with patients, their families, and the care team, ensuring that everyone is informed and involved. Her philosophy is simple: “We will work together to come up with your individualized plan.”

She earned her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, where she served as Class Secretary and Medical School Student Council President. She graduated magna cum laude from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and several other academic honor societies.

Dr. Gozdanovic completed her general surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio, where she was honored as Intern of the Year and served as Academic Chief Resident.

Outside of work, Dr. Gozdanovic enjoys boating, fishing, and swimming with her family along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
