About Sivaram Rajan, MD

Dr. Rajan was raised in Dallas, Texas. He moved to Florida after completing training in Delaware. He and his wife have enjoyed living in the Tampa community since 2014. On his free time he goes to the beach, jogging, watching and playing sports, and exploring many restaurants in the area. He volunteers his time at various organizations in the area. He is very passionate about connecting with his patients, being able to educate them, and creating a team approach to reach their full wellness potential.
