Dr. Shiloh Smajstrla is a board-certified OG-GYN hospitalist specializing in high-risk pregnancy, emergency gynecology, and labor and delivery. She earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2004 and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Smajstrla is an experienced OG-GYN hospitalist with a GME faculty appointment. She has been recognized as Attending of the Year in both 2022 and 2024 for her dedication to teaching and patient care. A Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, she is committed to providing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care to women using joint decision-making.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Smajstrla enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, boating, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, gardening, cooking, and spending time with friends, family, and her dogs.
