Tell us your story!

Dr. Lannon grew up in the hill country of central Texas between San Antonio and Austin. He has been in Tampa since 2013 when he began his residency (although he has been connected to southwest Florida since 2006 because his wife is from Naples). He enjoys playing golf (played golf for Loyola University Chicago), following the PGA tour, watching the Tampa Bay Lightning, San Antonio Spurs, and Dallas Cowboys. He is married with two daughters and enjoys spending his free time with them.

His goal is to work with each patient to develop a plan to get them back on their feet, whether that involves surgery or not.

He specializes in treating lower extremity, foot, and ankle conditions through minimally invasive and contemporary open surgeries. In order to provide his patients with the best care possible, Dr. Lannon provides arthroscopic, joint preserving, and joint replacement treatment options. He will work with you to customize a treatment plan that’s right for you, whether conservative or surgical, that’s tailored to your unique condition.

Dr. Lannon completed his foot and ankle fellowship at Duke University, one of the top foot and ankle fellowships in the world. He continues to use cutting edge treatments to improve patient outcomes.

He has experience in research of lower extremity trauma, foot and ankle trauma, ankle replacement, hallux rigidus and has lectured on many other topics of the foot and ankle including presentations at prominent national meetings including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.
