Reed Andrews, MD

Dr. Reed Andrews is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. He specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery and focuses on advanced, muscle-sparing and robotic-assisted techniques for primary and revision hip and knee replacement, including same-day and outpatient joint replacement. His expertise includes:

Dr. Andrews’ Training

Dr. Andrews graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia University in Morgantown, where he also received his medical degree. Dr. Andrews completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa and a fellowship in adult reconstruction and hip and knee replacement surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

About Dr. Andrews

Dr. Andrews is licensed by the Florida Department of Health, and his research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed medical journals.

His volunteer experience includes mentoring medical students, building homes for Hurricane Katrina victims with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans, and providing care to the underserved in rural areas of West Virginia and on a mission trip to Lima, Peru.

Outside of work, Dr. Andrews enjoys spending time with family and friends, woodworking, snowboarding, hiking, camping and traveling.
