I have been lucky to get providers at FMC that are all excellent. Lisa is no exception. I'm an RN so I have been in healthcare for 15 years, and a patient for about that long, seeing a wide range of provider competency. In my experience, Lisa is an exemplary clinician who takes the time to review a case thoroughly and complete a detailed assessment of symptoms, labs, med history, and physical state. My visits never feel rushed and she patiently answers all my questions (endocrinology is not my forte). She made appropriate and safe recommendations for treatment while also considering my comfort, for example when I needed additional labs after already having them drawn multiple times in a short window. I also appreciated that at my first visit, she had the MD come in while she gave a rundown of my case and her treatment plan, which he then reviewed and approved.
