Kristin Starr Sochet, MD

Dr. Kristin Sochet is a highly respected board-certified family medicine physician and the Associate Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital. With a strong commitment to patient care and medical education, Dr. Sochet plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of family physicians.

She completed her medical training at Florida State University College of Medicine, where she developed a passion for comprehensive patient care. Following her graduation, she pursued her residency in family medicine at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where she continues to contribute significantly to the medical community as an attending physician for the family medicine residency program.

Dr. Sochet has earned the title of Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians, reflecting her dedication to the field and her continuous pursuit of excellence.

A proud 6th generation Floridian, Dr. Sochet cherishes her roots and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. They often engage in outdoor and water activities, making the most of Florida’s beautiful natural environment. Beyond her professional and family life, Dr. Sochet is also an active community member, volunteering as a Little League softball coach.
