Jennifer Wright, APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in cardiology and cardiovascular patient care. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Alabama and has dedicated her nursing career to caring for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
Jennifer has experience performing comprehensive patient assessments, managing cardiovascular medications, interpreting diagnostic testing, and developing individualized treatment plans. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse on a cardiac step-down unit, where she cared for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients understand their heart health through education, prevention, and evidence-based treatment. Jennifer works closely with patients to support long-term cardiovascular wellness and improve overall quality of life.
