"Took away much of my nervousness"

The afternoon of my surgery I was apprehensive.. However upon arriving I was greeted by Lauri at the reception desk.. The atmosphere was calming and pleasant… My surgery was right on schedule … All of the nurses were remarkable… They were efficient, caring and friendly… I appreciated that the nurses kept my wife informed throughout my procedure… Dr Wilson spoke to me almost immediately upon my arrival… This took away much of my nervousness… The anesthesiologist was not only efficient and caring but very gentle… In fact he was amazing in finding a good vein so the surgery could procedure..
