About Darlene Montani, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, ONC
Darlene Montani is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. She specializes in orthopedic care, with expertise in hand and arm injuries. Her experience also includes:
- Hand, wrist and arm surgery
- Rehabilitation of hand, wrist and arm injuries
- Joint replacement
Darlene has provided dedicated nursing care in the Tampa Bay area since 2013. She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in helping her patients overcome obstacles.
Darlene’s Training
Darlene earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth, graduating magna cum laude. She received her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) on the family nurse practitioner track from the University of Tampa in Florida.
About Darlene
Darlene is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and as an orthopedic nurse by the Orthopedic Nurses Certification Board. She is licensed as an APRN and registered nurse in Florida.
Darlene is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, an international honor society of nurses, and the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses. She also received the Daisy Award, which honors exceptional nurses.
Outside of work, Darlene enjoys spending time with family and friends, snowboarding and traveling.
