Codi Velastegui, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).
Codi is committed to helping patients improve their overall health through disease prevention, health promotion, and personalized treatment plans. She believes in building strong relationships through education, collaboration, and open communication, empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Codi worked as a registered nurse and charge nurse in medical-surgical and neonatal intensive care settings, where she cared for patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions.
