Dr. Arpitha Polagani is a board-certified gynecologist providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for women in the Wesley Chapel area. She cares for a wide range of gynecologic needs, including general gynecology, PCOS, endometriosis, pelvic pain, contraception, infertility evaluation, and pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. She also places a special focus on minimally invasive surgical options, menopause care, and pelvic floor concerns.
Dr. Polagani’s approach is to make gynecologic care comprehensive yet straightforward. She accomplishes this by removing hurdles, taking time to truly get to know each patient, and clearly explaining findings and options so patients can make informed decisions about their health. She also offers a variety of in-office procedures, including colposcopy, IUD and Nexplanon placement/removal, ultrasound and saline sonogram (hysterosonogram), diagnostic hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsy, and pessary management when appropriate.
She completed residency training in women’s health at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). Dr. Polagani is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu, and speaks basic medical Spanish, helping her connect with a diverse patient community.
When not caring for her patients, Dr. Polagani enjoys traveling, cooking and painting.
