Lauren Metterle, MD

Dr. Lauren Metterle is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in both general and pediatric dermatology. She provides care for adults and children with a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo.

Dr. Metterle earned her bachelor’s degree in biology, graduating summa cum laude from The Ohio State University, and received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of South Florida, where she served as Chief Resident, followed by a pediatric dermatology fellowship at the University of California San Diego/Rady Children’s Hospital.

She is board certified in both general and pediatric dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while treating every patient like family.

Outside of work, Dr. Metterle enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, kayaking, sailing, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
