Dr. Yash Shravah is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive expertise in geriatric care, hospital medicine, and value-based medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at New York Presbyterian – Queens.
He provides comprehensive care across the continuum, including hospital medicine, chronic disease management, and community-based care. He has particular expertise in managing complex conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD, and hypertension. His clinical interests include geriatric medicine and lifestyle-focused, holistic approaches that empower patients to take an active role in their health.
Dr. Shravah’s patient care philosophy is centered on empowerment, evidence-based precision, and holistic wellness. He believes the most effective medical care happens when clinical expertise meets the lived experience and values of the patient. By partnering closely with each individual, he works to create personalized care plans that support long-term health and quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Shravah enjoys playing basketball and tennis, studying astronomy, and playing chess.
