Upgrades in our medical technology include medical and surgical procedures for hips, knees, and joints; high definition medical devices including 64 row CT scanners and 1.5 GE MRI that provide three dimensional photographic images; and electronic health records all of our physicians in every Florida Medical Clinic location – instantly – to your medical history. Every area of Florida Medical Clinic is affected by new technology, this improving care, eliminating unnecessary costs to you, and continuing to fulfill our commitment to quality and accountability for the people we serve.
The installation of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system further advances our connection to our patients. Electronic health records refer to a patient’s medical history in digital format. It is made up of a patient’s medical records from many locations and sources. One comprehensive computerized chart includes patient medicines, allergy lists, lab reports, radiology images, medical history, procedure history, and all physician reports. This revolutionary “big picture” approach improves our ability to care for you and your family.
Our Patient Portal provides online health services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes the ability to request appointments, request medication renewals, access your medical information, send secure messaging to the provider office and the billing department, use online bill pay and much more. Your medical information is available to you on this website, and is secure, just as online banking and online stock accounts are secured via the Internet. To schedule an appointment, Florida Medical Clinic will need your name, address, telephone number, social security number, insurance, date of birth, and pertinent medical information. You may schedule an appointment by calling the provider's office number listed on our Doctors page, or you may Request an Appointment on this website and we will contact you to schedule a time that is convenient for you. Our Patient HelpLine 813.780.8440 is available between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday for additional assistance.
Florida Medical Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The clinic is open some evenings and Saturdays by appointment. Our two Urgent Care Clinics are open weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays. ZEPHYRHILLS: Monday - Sunday: 8am - 8pm. WESLEY CHAPEL: Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm, Saturday from 8am - 4pm, Sunday from 9am - 5pm.
In addition to our routine medical schedule, Florida Medical Clinic reserves open appointment times for patients with urgent medical needs and requiring subspecialty care or surgery. If your condition dictates immediate attention, please call you physician directly. All telephone numbers are listed in this website.

Our Business Office staff helps patients prepare and file the appropriate insurance claim forms. Patients with billing questions should call our Patient Representatives in Zephyrhills at 813.782.7940, or in Tampa at 813.979.9527, or toll free at 1.800.894.7090. Florida Medical Clinic accepts Medicare assignment and will file patient's Medicare claims as well as supplemental claim forms.
