Aarika is a Tampa, Florida native with over 12 years of Critical Care nursing experience. Prior to obtaining her masters degree from The University of Tampa, she worked in a cardiovascular surgical ICU in which she was apart of the ECMO specialty team. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve the best possible care while focusing on a collaborative leadership approach. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, exercising with peloton, checking out new spots in the Tampa area, and spending time with family and friends.
