I’ve met several medical professionals, and most were sterile white coats that seldom took the time to answer questions in terms I understood and lacked personality, but Darlene is one of the few exceptions. She was great…! She was personable, knowledgeable, and articulate while being very professional. She took the time to listen and answer my questions in terms I (mostly) understood. She actually listened to my history and problem before talking to me about my issue and treatment. Darlene is one of the better medical professionals that I’ve met during my last 5+ years at Fla Medical (maybe better then Becky...lol).
