I have been a patient of Dr. Rivera's for about 14-15 years (approx.) and my son has been for maybe 4- 5. She is a fantastic person and equally fantastic doctor. The care my son and I have received has been a combination of professionalism and caring that can only be provided by a knowledgeable, experienced, caring doctor, and a person truly interested in helping you feel better. The entire staff at the Bridge Hill Court office sets the bar for what true "Customer Service" is supposed to look and feel like, you are not treated this way everywhere you go and it truly stands out when you visit this office. For such a busy person, Dr. Rivera has always managed to take the time to find out "how I am really doing" not just how am I doing, that little personal time is a huge personal touch.
