TAMPA - Just 24 hours ago, former president Bill Clinton was in the
hospital with heart trouble. Now, Clinton is talking about getting
back to work as soon as Monday. The speed and efficiency of
president clinton's hospital stay and treatment is something many
heart patients have experienced, including one Bay Area man. Dr.
Reynaldo Mulingtapang from Florida Medical Clinic performs this
