Dr. Willey was born and raised in Minneapolis and first lived in the Tampa Bay area in 2004. He is an advocate of maintaining and increasing physical fitness and provides medical coverage at numerous Tampa Bay area sporting events.  He is married with two children and enjoys his family time doing outdoor activities and running.
