Dr. Kamath received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Bombay in India and later pursued a Master of Science from the University of North Florida, College of Health in Jacksonville, Florida. During her residency training, she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kamath’s academic appointments include serving as Assistant Professor/Hospitalist, IHM Program at Moffitt Cancer Center and Assitant Professor of Medicine, Department of Medicine at Tampa General Hospital. Her clinical interest include acute care medicine and preventive health. She is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American College of Physicians.
