Married with two children, Dr. Eubanks has been practicing medicine in Florida since 1977. He has been active in the Boy Scouts of America and serves as an officer of the Gulf Ridge Council. Dr. Eubanks is past Chief of Staff of University Community Hospital, Past President of the Hillsborough County Medical Association and is politically involved in legislative issues as a delegate to the Florida Medical Association. In the balance of his spare time, he enjoys the occasional game of golf, gardening, and growing orchids.
