Born in Virginia and raised in California, Virginia, Hawaii and Florida, Dr. Baska had the opportunity to experience life in some of our country’s most beautiful states as a member of a military family. Dr.Baska is married with three children and spends much of his spare time with his family. His hobbies include photography, swimming, fishing, gardening, and environmental issues.
