Diagnostic Laboratory

For the convenience of our patients and to ensure superior care, our laboratory is available on site at Florida Medical Clinic in North Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Land O'Lakes and Dade City.  Appointments and walk in’s are welcome.  This means that your test results are available to your physician and you in an acutely shorter period of time than if you had to travel to an unrelated laboratory and wait for a stranger to complete your tests.  Our physicians have the ability to request STAT results for emergency situations.  

The Diagnostic Laboratory Department of Florida Medical Clinic provides a comprehensive spectrum of tests necessary to diagnose and treat many medical problems.  For the convenience of our patients, most Florida Medical Clinic offices are facilitated to provide the service of drawing blood. Internal and external quality-control procedures have been developed to ensure consistent testing and the integrity of results.

Our Laboratory is COLA certified, and licensed with both the state and federal (CLIA) government.
