About Lowella Esperanza, MD

Born in Staten Island, New York, Dr. Esperanza has been a vital member of the Florida Medical Clinic team since 1996. She stays busy enjoying time with her three children and husband, Dr. Emilio Dominguez, another Florida Medical Clinic physician. Her favorite pastime is watching her children become more involved in soccer, volleyball and basketball. She enjoys sushi, playing the piano, travel and is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning, Rays and Buccaneers.

I wish to express my gratitude to Dr. Esperanza for responding so quickly to my after-hours message. On July 12 a dermatological biopsy site began bleeding profusely prompting my husband to take me to Urgent Care in Zephyrhills. When Dr. Esperanza returned my call, I put her on speaker phone and she collaborated with the wonderful on-duty nurse practitioner. Their treatment was successful and I was able to travel afterwards to see family. Kudos and gratitude to Dr. Esperanza and Nurse Practitioner Kyle Eury!
